Casa Palaga

Casa Palaga is located on our large, park-like estate, surrounded by a small grove. The two hundred year old house has been restored by us in 2007 from scratch and thereby adapted to today's requirements. The many well-preserved built-ins, such as ceilings and doors, together with original furniture stand testimony to the old, regional craftsmanship. There are in Maramureș only a few houses of this size. With 180 square meters, it offers plenty of space for four people in spacious rooms.

The house is stylishly furnished, with great intuition. The original furniture has been combined with antiques from France and Germany, art from Romania and hunting trophies to complete the ambience.

The vastness of the land around the house is beneficial and provides an immense amount of free space. Those seeking peace, relaxation and inspiration at the same time, will find all these here. The exceptionally beautiful surrounding nature and the incredibly impressive atmosphere of the house create a place of total relaxation and recreation.

Downstairs you will find two generous sitting rooms, the kitchen, the hallway and the guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the dishwasher up to high-quality spices.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a library.

Inside you will find travel guides, maps, an extensive selection of games and carefully selected books for your children. And, of course, you will have access to the Internet via W-LAN.
